• During the 30-day trial period, customers are encouraged to wear their Z-CoiL shoes in everyday environments to gauge the footwear’s true effectiveness. If you don't absolutely love your shoes, you may return them in any condition within 30 days.


• The 30-day trial period commences from the day the customer receives the product.


• Purchases made directly from Z-CoiL Footwear by telephone or online must be shipped back to the company's Distribution Center*, while purchases made from a participating Z-CoiL distributor must be returned to the store from which they were purchased.


• All returns must be accompanied by:
  • A copy of the receipt/invoice.
  • A completed Customer Return Survey Card (provided with each purchase) giving the reason for the return. This helps Z-CoiL plan any future product improvements.


• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.


• Credit for returned product (not including shipping costs) will be issued within 14 business days of receipt of the product at the Z-CoiL Distribution Center. Depending on the customer's credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after credit has been issued for it to be posted to the customer's account. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer once the return has been received and processed.
