Domestic Shipments: UPS Ground
Shipments of Z-CoiL footwear products ordered online or by telephone directly from Z-CoiL Footwear are currently sent UPS Ground. We do not charge for Ground shipping. If you are interested in a faster shipping method, please call us toll free at 1-800-268-6239.
International orders may be taken over the telephone, with shipping costs and applicable duties determined on an case-by-case basis.

- Purchases made directly from Z-CoiL Footwear by telephone or online must be returned to the Z-CoiL Distribution Center*, while purchases made from a participating Z-CoiL Distributor must be returned to the store from which they were purchased. All returns must be accompanied by:
- A copy of the order confirmation receipt or shipping list.
- We also encourage you to fill out a completed Customer Return Survey Card giving the reason for the return. This helps Z-CoiL plan future product improvements.
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Credit for returned product (not including shipping costs) will be issued within 14 business days of receipt of the product at the Z-CoiL Distribution Center. Depending on the customer’s credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after credit has been issued for it to be posted to the customer’s account. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer once the return has been received and processed.
