I purchased my first pair of Z-CoiL shoes in March 2010. Before I came into the Z-CoiL store my pain issues covered many areas, including my back, knees, shoulder and neck. I have arthritis throughout my body.

I had extreme pain in my back and knees. My doctor sent me to a surgeon to discuss what could be done about my knees. The surgeon said there was no hope, the only solution was knee replacement, and in the meantime I could have cortisone shots at $300.00 a shot, not covered by health care.

My mother had bought a pair of Z-CoiL shoes and raved about them because she has had two knee replacements and two back operations and walked with a walker. (See Gladys K. testimonial). I didn’t believe that a shoe could make that much difference for her and I said someone was taking her for a ride. Then after months of her nagging me, I came in to try them on. The first time I tried them on I cried as the pain was GONE immediately. I started walking around the store and I just couldn’t believe that I had no pain. I walked down the street and still no pain. Before this, I was in the house all the time in excruciating pain and not able to work because of the pain. I was too embarrassed to tell people that I was on morphine for the pain, so I just stayed in the house as much as possible.

I now own three pairs of Z-CoiL shoes, two pairs of runners and one pair of sandals. These are the first pair of sandals that I’ve been able to wear in over 10 years with comfort and no pain. Since purchasing my shoes, my shoulder hasn’t given me any pain either. I no longer have to take morphine for the pain. I promote Z-Coil footwear as much as I can because I believe in them so much!!

I thank God every day for giving Al Gallegos, who invented these shoes, the knowledge to do so, which has changed my life completely. I am no longer stuck in bed and in the house all the time. I can now go out and walk my dog; I have even walked up to six kilometers in one day with no pain medication!! I wear my Z-CoiL shoes every waking hour and will not wear any other shoes. My husband has even bought me a cell phone, as I am no longer in the house all the time and he never knows where to find me.

I have had a pair of Z-CoiL shoes for a few years now and forgot that I had them. I have had most of the cartilage removed from both of my knees over the last 15 years and had severe arthritis in my right knee. I had a total knee replacement in March of 08 and am doing much better now. I have been to places like the LA county fair and was on my feet for 6 hours. After the first few hours my right knee would get stiff and painful. Not as bad as before I had it replaced but still hurt, along with my feet because I was wearing sandals. I took my kids to Knott's Berry Farm the other day and finally remembered to wear my Z-CoiL shoes. We were on our feet for 10 hours with a lot of walking and I had no pain whatsoever in my knees or feet that day, that night or the next day. I will remember from now on to wear my Z-CoiL shoes for sure!

I have severe, bone-on-bone arthritis in my left knee which causes me pain when I stand and walk. As soon as I put my Z-CoiL shoes on I could immediately feel the difference as the pain and swelling in my left knee was relieved. My orthopedic surgeon told me that it was extremely astounding to see such positive results with reduction in swelling and pain by just wearing my Z-CoiL shoes. I am overweight, have arthritis in my right hip, and my left leg is almost 1/2 inch shorter than my right. I had severe pain from plantar fasciitis in both feet, but especially my left heel. Z-CoiL shoes were recommended by someone at another store specializing in shoes for problem feet. Bonnie at the Z-CoiL store took great care in personalizing my shoes and the results were immediate.

I went straight from the store to the lake and just kept walking, though I didn't even buy athletic shoes. No hip or foot pain at all! Normally, I take my shoes off as soon as I get home and put my feet up, dreading when I have to stand again. Not anymore! I kept these shoes on until it was time to get ready for bed.

Due to arthritis, I was looking at knee replacement. I had already had a spinal fusion and walking did not help my pain and tired back and legs. I was introduced to Z-CoiL shoes and what a joy it has been to walk without pain and tiredness.

I am always stopped when wearing them out. I feel very comfortable telling people how they have helped me. I am a wedding photographer and am looking forward to my next pair of dress shoes.

I bought of pair of Z-CoiL shoes yesterday and just started wearing them today. I can't believe how good I felt after wearing them JUST ONE DAY! I have osteoarthritis in my left knee, and have lived with agonizing pain. I didn't have an ounce of pain or swelling in my knee today! One of my coworkers started limping like I used to limp. I took her to a Z-CoiL store today and she bought a pair as well; with the same pain relieving results!! I love my Z-CoiL shoes.
