How to Exchange or Return your Z-CoiL...

Step 1:  Please contact the Z-CoiL Distribution Center at painfree@zcoil.com with the request to refund or exchange:

    • Purchases made from a participating Z-CoiL Distributor must be returned to the store from which they were purchased.
    • Purchases made from Amazon, must be returned to Amazon.
    • We will provide a return ship label for orders shipped within the United States.  We will not reimburse if you have paid for shipping. 

Step 2:  Please provide the name and order number and if you can print from an email.  We will request a return ship label via email from UPS to be sent to you.

Step 3:  For exchanges, let us know what you want.  For example:  Please exchange for 1 size smaller.
    • If there is an up-charge on exchanges, we will then contact you to collect the difference.

If there is a credit to you, we will automatically credit the credit card used for the initial purchase.

Credit for returned product will be issued within 14 business days of receipt of the product at the Z-CoiL Distribution Center. Depending on the customer's credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after credit has been issued for it to be posted to the customer's account.
