Returns or exchanges

Returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the order confirmation receipt or packing list. Z-CoiL will provide a return label by emailing the request to painfree@zcoil.com. The order number must be included in the email request. Orders with purchases from the outlet do not qualify for returns/exchange. We are unable to provide return shipping on international orders.

Where to Return

  • To be eligible for an exchange/return, items must be received from our website within the last 30 days.
  • For exchanges, please contact us so we may note what you wish to exchange for.
  • For returns, please write on the packing list you wish to receive a refund.
  • Purchases made from participating Independent Z-CoiL Distributors must be returned to the store from which they were purchased.
  • Purchases made from Amazon, please sign into your Amazon account to manage the purchase for return.

 FAQ

1. How soon will I be refunded?

Credit for returned product will be issued within 14 business days of receipt of the product at the Z-CoiL Distribution Center. Depending on the customer's credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after credit has been issued for it to be posted to the customer's original payment method.

2. Will Z-CoiL pay for return shipping?

We will provide a courtesy return label.

3. What if it is past 30 days?

Unfortunately, if you've waited longer than 30 days we cannot process a return or exchange.

4. What if I've worn the shoes?

Z-CoiL will accept the shoes in ANY condition if they are returned within 30 days. See our 30-day risk-free trial for details.
