 Here are the instructions for signing and returning the Proxy to us via mail or email.

1. Print the Proxy above, sign it and send it via mail to the address below, or scan it and email it to ShareholderRelations@zcoil.com.
2. On the lines labeled "Print Name Here" type in your name(s) as they appear on the stock certificate.
3. If you purchased stock in the name of someone who is currently a minor,  please type their name as it appears on the stock certificate on the line(s) labeled "Print Name Here".  Click the "Send" button and the proxy
4. If you have had an address change since the last mailing, please type in your new address at the bottom of the proxy.
