Return for a refund
1. Put your packing slip or order confirmation in the box. That's all we need.
2. Ship it back to us in Albuquerque (return shipping is yours; see return instructions).
3. We process it within 1–2 days of arrival. Allow up to 7 business days for your bank to post the credit.

Do I have to sign up for the trial?

Can I really wear them outside? Even to work?
That's the point. Wear them wherever your day takes you. We accept returns in any condition — worn outsoles, scuffs, and all.
When do my 30 days start?
The day your shoes are delivered, so shipping time never eats into your trial. Order today and you're covered through at least October 7, 2026.
Why 30 days?
The coil settles into your stride over the first week or so, and you need a few real weeks after that to know. Thirty days is long enough to be sure and short enough that you don't forget.
Who pays return shipping?
Exchanges ship free — we send the label. If you're returning for a refund, you cover the shipping back to us, and we refund the full purchase price of the shoes.
Does it cover Amazon or outlet purchases?
